1. Service Scope
We provide tailored concierge services in Dubai, including but not limited to:
Home finding
Family and lifestyle support
Utilities setup
Childcare arrangements
Maintenance and domestic help
Leisure, wellness, and local experiences
2. Packages & Payment
Services are delivered through pre-purchased 3, 6, or 13-month packages
Full payment is required at the start of the service period
Customized services may include additional costs (with prior approval)
3. Booking & Cancellations
Bookings must be requested in advance
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to avoid service loss
Packages are non-refundable after use has begun
4. Third-Party Providers
While we carefully select our partners (drivers, nannies, cleaners, etc.), we are not directly liable for third-party service delivery.
5. User Responsibility
Clients are expected to provide accurate information and timely communication to enable smooth service delivery.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, guides, and images, is the property of Parent Concierge and may not be used or copied without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
